Tenant Services

Our temporary housing service is managed by our housing needs team. We have dedicated housing officers who provide a direct point of contact for each tenant during the length of their stay. It is their job to ensure all tenants experience optimum comfort within the property throughout their stay with us.

Property Maintenance

We have our own property maintenance team, so all the accommodation we do offer is of a high standard and any issues that do occur are dealt with immediately. Our housing officers offer a first point of call to report any issues. We also provide an out of office hours, emergency number, full details are provided to the tenant on check in.
